Warehouse and dispatch manager (f/m/d) full-time
Your main tasks
- Responsible for the areas of incoming goods, dispatch, logistics and order picking
- Planning, controlling and monitoring the entire flow of goods in the warehouse (goods receipt, incoming goods inspection, goods storage)
- Staff deployment planning, management, motivation and development of the warehouse team
- Ensuring on-time and on-demand delivery to customers
- Identification of optimisation potential and introduction of appropriate measures
- Close cooperation with all departments of the company
What you should bring with you
- Successfully completed training or studies in warehouse logistics or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in warehousing, shipping and logistics, preferably with management experience
- Forklift licence available
- Good IT skills
- Written and spoken German and English
- Independent and goal-orientated way of working and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with a high sense of responsibility
- Team player mentality and the ability to lead by example
