Industrial/wholesale and foreign trade clerk
in the office as a full-time clerk (f/m/d)

Your main tasks

  • Supra-regional support for key account managers in the implementation of the sales strategy
  • Independent order processing and preparation of offers in coordination with key account management and purchasing
  • Independent processing and answering of specific customer enquiries by e-mail and telephone
  • Deadline monitoring and coordination as part of order processing
  • Administrative tasks in the areas of purchasing and logistics

What you should bring with you

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or have several years of
    Professional experience in internal sales
  • Reliability and a motivated and independent work ethic
  • Strong communication skills and a sales-orientated team player
  • Enjoy telephone consultations and sales talks
  • Enthusiasm and sense of responsibility
  • Confident handling of MS Office and previous knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable
  • Good written and spoken English skills
