Industrial/wholesale and foreign trade clerk
in the office as a full-time clerk (f/m/d)
Your main tasks
- Supra-regional support for key account managers in the implementation of the sales strategy
- Independent order processing and preparation of offers in coordination with key account management and purchasing
- Independent processing and answering of specific customer enquiries by e-mail and telephone
- Deadline monitoring and coordination as part of order processing
- Administrative tasks in the areas of purchasing and logistics
What you should bring with you
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or have several years of
Professional experience in internal sales - Reliability and a motivated and independent work ethic
- Strong communication skills and a sales-orientated team player
- Enjoy telephone consultations and sales talks
- Enthusiasm and sense of responsibility
- Confident handling of MS Office and previous knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable
- Good written and spoken English skills
